Multiplayers

To play multiplayer in Better Mart Simulator, you must invite your friends directly through your platform’s invitation system.

The game uses Epic Online Services (EOS) to manage multiplayer connections, allowing Steam and Epic Games players to play together.

To join a game:

     1. Launch the game.
     2. Create a multiplayer game or join a Steam invitation.
     3. Invite your friends from the Steam invitation menu, or have them join directly via the public session search.

Make sure all players have a stable internet connection and are using an up-to-date version of the game.

Yes, Better Mart Simulator supports crossplay between Steam and Epic Games.

Players using Steam can play with those using Epic Games thanks to the EOS (Epic Online Services) system.

No additional setup is required. You just need to be logged in and visible to your friends on your platform account, then use the game’s multiplayer features.

If you're unable to join your friends, the issue may be beyond our control.

Better Mart Simulator’s multiplayer uses EOS (Epic Online Services). An outage or instability on the Epic Games servers may temporarily prevent players from creating or joining games.

Unfortunately, we have no control over the EOS servers.

The only solution is to wait until Epic Games’ services are fully operational again.

You can check whether the EOS service is down or not at this link

If an invitation isn't working, check the following:

  • Make sure all players are using the latest version of the game.
  • Make sure you’re logged into Steam or Epic Games.
  • Make sure you’re marked as “Online” on Steam.
  • Make sure your internet connection is working properly.
  • Make sure the EOS servers aren’t experiencing any issues.

If the problem persists, try restarting the game and your platform (Steam or Epic Games).

Better Mart Simulator does not use dedicated servers to host players' games.

The multiplayer features rely on Epic Online Services (EOS), which enables connections between players.

If you’re experiencing a widespread connection issue, it may be related to Epic Games’ services.

We recommend checking the status of EOS services at this link before looking for a solution within the game.
